How do I make the best triple berry smoothie?

The secret to a delicious smoothie is all in the balance of ingredients. Smoothies can be made however you enjoy them; they can be thick and scoopable, or thin and drinkable. They can be basic and simple, or loaded and packed with flavors, textures, and lot’s of extra nutrition.

  • To achieve a decadent and delicious triple berry smoothie you need fresh, high quality ingredients that will bring rich flavor and good quality nutrition to your meal replacement. Look for brands that are known for responsible sourcing, no additives, and clean ingredients in things like protein powders and collagens.
  • Fats are the key to creating a luscious consistency, and many of the fats based ingredients are also wonderful sources of protein. Animal products, vegetarian options, even vegan alternatives can all be found in your local grocery store and will bring the best texture base to your smoothie.
  • A wide variety of ingredients will yield the best flavor, and will also pack a ton of different vitamins and antioxidants into your smoothie. Berries are known for the antioxidant powers, which is why a triple berry smoothie is such a wonderful meal replacement.
  • Frozen fruits will add a thick texture without diluting your smoothie by adding extra liquids and juices, so they are preferred over fresh fruits. Fresh fruits are great to add on top of your smoothie for added color and presentation.
  • Bringing in hidden superfood ingredients like spirulina powders, chia seeds, and collagen will help elevate the nutritional punch of your smoothie. Things like spirulina powders can also add beautiful hues to your smoothie and build a gorgeous drink.

What can I eat with my triple berry smoothie?

The wonderful thing about smoothies is the versatility in what they can be topped with, or enjoyed alongside. Here are some of our favorites for toppings and additional dishes to enjoy with your smoothie.
