This recipe saved my tragically overdone Christmas roast! On December 26, I searched the internet to find a way to use the overly well done parts of my beautiful and expensive 9LB. standing rib roast. We love spicy Thai food, so when I found this recipe, I decided to give it a try. The marinade was a miracle worker -- the formerly dry and tough beef slices became tender, moist and flavorful. I sliced and sautéd several Serrano peppers with the onion, and instead of snow peas, I blistered my left over green beans (tossed them with toasted sesame oil and baked at 450 degrees until they were blistered) and threw them in at the end. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Thank you so much-no wasted meat and a wonderful dinner treat!

If you just get ordinary, plain ramen noodles on their own, not part of a soup pack, there is basically no fat (1.2g per 100g, and only .2g saturated). They’re delicious.

Exceptionally easy and a creative way to use up left overs. I added broccoli & red pepper right before the meat went in and let the steam cook them. It was a hit! Thank you for this simple recipe!
