Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F In a large bowl add 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour

Followed by 3 tablespoons softened vegan butter Then pour in  3 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract

Mix everything with a wooden spoon Add small amounts of flour if the dough is too wet Mix until it is the consistency of cookie dough

Roll the dough into 1" balls and arrange 2" apart on a lined baking sheet Use your thumb to make an impression in the middle Drop 1tsp of your favorite sugar free jam into each cookie

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are slightly browned Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack
