Mix everything with a wooden spoonAdd small amounts of flour if the dough is too wetMix until it is the consistency of cookie dough
Roll the dough into 1" balls and arrange 2" apart on a lined baking sheetUse your thumb to make an impression in the middleDrop 1tsp of your favorite sugar free jam into each cookie
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are slightly brownedRemove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack
