Heat blackstone to medium heat and oil surface
In a small bowl combine
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 lb diced chicken breast
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Place on the griddle along with your choice of uncooked pizza dough
Allow the pizza dough and chicken to cook
Then, put 1/2 cup red onion sliced into thin strips on the griddle and cook
Flip the pizza dough and to the cooked side spread
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
Over the bbq sauce sprinkle
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Finish assembling the pizza by arranging the onions, chicken, and add fresh cilantro to the top
Drizzle with more bbq sauce, then close the lid and allow to finish cooking
