You will need roughly 3 pounds of cooked chicken meat from a whole, deboned bird; use canned chicken, or a rotisserie chicken
Chop or shred the meat and set aside
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil a 9x13 baking dish
In a large mixing bowl combine
1 Can Cream of chicken soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 Cup chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Tear or cut into squares (8) 8 inch flour tortillas
Layer some of the tortilla pieces into the bottom of the prepared baking dish until the bottom is covered
Layer half of the sauce over the tortillas followed by half of the shredded or chopped chicken meat
Repeat until everything is assembled in the baking dish
Sprinkle 1 Cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and broil for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned
