To begin, cut up a few strips of your favorite bacon and cook You can also use bacon bits if you prefer Once the bacon is cooked, drain, chop into fine bits and set aside

Next, finely chop 1 Tbs fresh cilantro  (1) 4oz can green chiles 1/8 Cup black olives 1 celery rib 1/4 Cup sweet red pepper

In a medium mixing bowl cream together (2) 8 oz. packages of softened cream cheese   1 envelope Ranch Salad Dressing mix Once it is fully combined add the diced veggies and bacon mixing it all together

Set out (8) 10 inch flour tortillas *or large romaine leaves if you are doing a low carb option* Spread a small amount of filling evenly over each wrap Roll it up keeping the filling as even as possible out to the edge of the wrap Repeat until all wraps and filling are used

Chill the wrap in the refrigerator before cutting it into pinwheels  This will help keep the pinwheels together during slicing

Keep the pinwheels chilled until you are ready to serve
