To start, melt in a double boiler on your stove
3.5 oz Dark Chocolate
When the chocolate is melted and smooth add
2 TBS creamy peanut butter
2 TBS coconut oil
1 1/2 TBS maple syrup
Using either lightly salted toasted pistachios, or toasting your own for 5 minutes in a skillet, add to the dark chocolate
1/2 cup whole toasted pistachios
Line a 9x5 pan with parchment paper and pour the chocolate pistachio mixture
Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the bottom
Quickly stir in
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries-smashed or chopped into small frozen pieces
Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes until set
Remove from freezer and sprinkle course sea salt on the top
Cut into bars and enjoy!
