In a mixing bowl combine
2/3 Cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Set aside
In a separate bowl mix together
2 eggs
1/2 Cup of granulated sugar
Whisk until well combined and slightly foamy
To the egg mixture add
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter- melted
1/4 Cup of milk
Stir until fully incorporated
If you would like, you can add a bit of cinnamon or vanilla extract
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet, being careful not to over mix
Warm your waffle cone iron, and when the indicator light says it is ready
Pour 1/4 Cup of the mixture into the center of the griddle
Gently lay the top half of the griddle down and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes
Remove from the griddle and immediately place the unshaped waffle onto parchment paper
Wrap around your waffle cone form and allow to cool
