In a medium bowl combine 1 1/2 Cups heavy cream 1 Cup whole milk 1/2 Cup pure maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Mix until the sugar is fully dissolved

Follow the directions for your ice cream maker Set a timer for 15 minutes After the timer goes off the ice cream should be almost set but still soft and a bit loose Add (1) 8oz bag of Heath bits a little at a time into the churn Set your time for 10 minutes

When the timer goes off the ice cream is soft set It can be frozen to hard or soft set depending on your preference
