Begin by soaking any wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning
Preheat your grill to about 350 degrees
Any combination of veggies can be used, just select your favorites
Use your favorite sausage and slice into 1 inch rounds
We love applewood smoked for it's slightly sweet, smoky flavor
Slice your veggies into large chunks or rounds
Some suggestions include
Bell Peppers
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Pineapple
Peaches
Onions
Thread the sausage rounds and veggie chunks onto your skewers in alternating patterns
Be sure your leave enough skewer on either end for you to pick up and grab them
Arrange the loaded skewers onto the grill grates
Cook until they easily release and turn until all sides are cooked and seared
