In a mixing bowl stir together
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 Cup half and half
1/3 Cup pure maple syrup
2/3 Cups canned peach juice
1 1/2 Tsp. pure vanilla extract
Pour into your ice cream churn and follow the directions to churn for 10 minutes
Then, slowly add in
1 1/2 cups chopped peaches
1/2 cup chopped Montmorency dried sour cherries
