Prep 1 pound of wild caught gulf coast shrimp
They need to be peeled and deveined
Rinse thoroughly
Mince 1/2 Cup onion and 2 cloves of fresh garlic
Add them to a large skillet on medium heat along with 2 Tbs butter
Cook until the onion is translucent
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and your favorite creole seasoning
Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook covered for 3 to 5 minutes until done
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside
Prep the veggies and sausage
12 oz your favorite smoked sausage
1 1/2 Cup bell peppers
2 Cup zucchini
2 Cups riced cauliflower
Slice the veggies and sausage into bite sizes
Pour the sausage and vegetables into the skillet and cook over medium low heat until the vegetables are soft
Add in
1/2 Cup heavy cream and 1/2 Cup chicken broth
Allow everything to simmer for a bit to build the flavors
Add the shrimp back in and allow it to warm again
Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese and parsley
Serve right from the skillet
