In a medium mixing bowl stir together
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Milk
To that mixture add in
1/2 tsp Hazelnut Emulsion
(extract can be used, but the flavor will be weaker)
1/2 tsp Salt
Stir everything together until it is smooth and creamy
