To start, squeeze 1.5 oz of lime juice and pour into a cocktail shaker

To the shaker, add  4 fresh mint leaves 4 small chunks of cucumber

Muddle the ingredients in the shaker

Fill the shaker with ice, affix the lid firmly, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds

To a tall glass add ice until about half full Add a few thin slices of cucumber into the glass as well

Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass

Top it off with your favorite ginger beer
