Layer 1 pound sliced pre-cooked roast beef into a shallow baking dish

Make the marinade by combining 1/2 Cup soy sauce 1/4 Cup brown sugar 1 inch chunk ginger sliced  2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp chili paste or hot chili sesame oil to taste 1 Tbsp regular sesame oil 2 smashed cloves garlic 2 Tbsp cornstarch 2 Tbsp water 1 lime cut in half and juiced

Pour the marinade over the beef slices and store in the fridge

Heat a pot of water and cook (1) 8oz. package of Thai Rice Noodles according to the package directions Drain and set aside

Heat a large skillet or wok to medium high heat and add  2 Tbsp avocado oil 2 Tbsp avocado oil 1 fresh pepper-sweet or hot 1 onion-thinly sliced 2 Cups snow peas 1 Tbsp sesame seeds Cook until veggies are soft and translucent

Add the meat mixture and all it's marinade juices to the skillet and cook on low, until the marinade thickens into a nice sauce  This should take a couple of minutes, be sure to stir throughout
