To start, warm your blackstone griddle to medium high
In a bowl mix together
2 chicken breasts, diced
2 tablespoons Japanese bbq sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Stir until the chicken is fully coated
Cook in stages beginning with the diced and seasoned chicken
Next, cook
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
2 cloves garlic, minced
Add a bit of cooking oil to the grill if needed
Push the vegetables to one side of the griddle and crack 2 large eggs onto the griddle
Scramble the eggs until fully cooked
Add 2 cups cooked rice and mix together with the veggies then drizzle with
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Combine all of the ingredients together
Allow to cook for a few minutes longer until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy
