Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a 1 quart saucepan over medium heat melt
1 Cup butter
1 Cup brown sugar
Bring to a boil for 3 minutes until it turns thick and bubbly
Remove from heat and set aside
Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper
Place a layer of pretzels on the parchment, sides touching but no overlapping pretzels
You can use any size or shape, we used mini pretzels
Pour your toffee mixture over the pretzels evenly
Bake 5 to 7 minutes
Remove pan from oven and allow to cool about 5 minutes
Melt down roughly
1 1/2 Cup chocolate of your choice
Pour chocolate over the pretzel-toffee layer
Decorate the chocolate while warm with candies, shredded coconut or crushed pretzels etc...
After chocolate is cooled add colored melted chocolate drizzles or other liquid decorations that need to harden and set
