In a bowl combine
1 lbs chicken breast-diced
1 lbs steak meat-diced
2 tablespoons Japanese bbq sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix thoroughly until the meat is fully coated
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the griddle
Add the chicken and the steak pieces in two separate piles
Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes
Add another tablespoon of sesame oil to the griddle and add
1 zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 large head of broccoli, cut into pieces
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes
Season vegetables with salt and pepper, and a small amount of soy sauce
Push the vegetables to the side of the griddle
Once meat and vegetables are cooked, remove from griddle
For the fried rice pour 1 tablespoon of sesame oil on the grill
Cook and scramble 3 large eggs
In a separate pile pour 2 Cups cooked rice
In another pile cook
1 cup frozen peas and carrots,
Stir to combine and cook until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy, about 5 minutes
Once everything is cooked through mix in
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
