Begin by heating a deep skillet and browning
1 lb ground beef
Once the meat is browned add in
1 small onion (diced)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Next, add in
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 orange bell pepper (diced)
Allow everything to cook for a few minutes, then add
1 cup long grain white rice (uncooked)
toast the rice for a few minutes
Finally, pour in
1 cup beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes undrained (14.5 oz)
28 oz jar Marinara sauce
Bring to a low boil then cover and reduce heat to a simmer
Simmer for 15-18 minutes stirring occasionally
