To begin, you can remove the rind from the cheese if you desire
Use a a cheese slicer, serrated knife or cheese paring knife
This is not necessary, but will greatly improve the texture
Place the brie cheese pieces in a food processor or blender
If desired, add 2 Tbs of heavy cream, milk or olive oil to the brie cheese
This will help achieve a creamier, looser consistency
Add a pinch of salt and pepper
Add any additional seasonings or herbs that you wish
Continue blending until the consistency is light and creamy
This will take several minutes
Enjoy immediately or transfer to a container and keep in your fridge until you are ready to serve
Allow it to warm for 30 minutes after removing from the fridge as it will be firm
Drizzle with jam, hot or plain honey, and top with chopped nuts
Enjoy with bread, crackers, or use it as a dip for vegetables. It can also be used as a creamy topping for grilled meats or sandwiches
