Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F
Wash 6 large Russet potatoes
Pat the potatoes dry and brush each potato with olive oil
Sprinkle with salt
*bear in mind that some salt will fall off into your air fryer*
Pierce the potatoes with a fork to allow the steam to escape and prevent them from exploding
Load the potatoes into your heated air fryer
Bake for 30 minutes and turn the potatoes over
Add more salt if you desire
Continue to bake until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork
Cook time will vary depending on size of potatoes
