Pour in 4 Cups all purpose flourMixing between each cup of flourContinue until the dough is well mixed
Remove the bowl from the mixer and use a wooden spoon to stir in2 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips2 Cups sweetened shredded coconut2 Cups sliced almonds roughly chopped
The dough will be thick and heavy
Arrange the cookies on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, or a silpat matThe drop cookies should be roughly 1 inch in diameterUse a spoon to help shape and keep the amount uniform
Bake the cookies for 9-12 minutes or until they reach a slight golden brown colorRemove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack
