Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a mixing bowl combine 1 Cup softened unsalted butter 1 1/2 Cups granulated sugar 1 1/2 Cups brown sugar 3 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 4 eggs Mix until everything is well combined

Pour in 4 Cups all purpose flour Mixing between each cup of flour Continue until the dough is well mixed

Remove the bowl from the mixer and use a wooden spoon to stir in 2 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips 2 Cups sweetened shredded coconut 2 Cups sliced almonds roughly chopped

The dough will be thick and heavy

Arrange the cookies on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, or a silpat mat The drop cookies should be roughly 1 inch in diameter Use a spoon to help shape and keep the amount uniform

Bake the cookies for 9-12 minutes or until they reach a slight golden brown color Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack
