In a large pot, bring to a boil
1 Cup black rice
1 Cup red quinoa
4 Cups water or broth
Reduce heat to simmer until water or broth is absorbed completely into the rice and quinoa
Watch so it doesn't burn
Allow the rice and quinoa mixture to cool slightly, then transfer it to a large bowl and mix with
4 Cups frozen peas
Place in the fridge and mince
1 Cup celery
Once the quinoa is fully cooled remove from the fridge and mix with the minced celery and
2 Cups feta cheese
3 TBS Johnny's garlic seasoning
3 hard boiled eggs
