Chill all ingredients before using to reduce dilution at serving
Pre cut 1 pineapple into wedges and set aside
This recipe will make 1 large punch bowl to enjoy with friends
Fill a large punch bowl half full with cubed ice
Over the ice pour
4 oz Blue Curaçao
1 (750ml) bottle Prosecco
12 oz Pineapple Juice
8 oz Light Rum
24 oz sparkling water, or tonic water for a sweeter flavor
Serve immediately in your choice of party glasses
Garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries
