For this appetizer you will need
50 cherry or grape tomatoes
24 fresh basil leaves, cut in half
15 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 1/2 inch squares
Load the tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella onto a long party pick
This can be done in any pattern you choose
Repeat until all of the ingredients are used
Arrange the caprese picks on your party tray
They can be left as is so that guests can enjoy them plain, or drizzle with balsamic vinegar if they choose
