1 hour before you begin, set out cream cheese, egg, and butter to warm and soften Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F when ready to begin

In a stand mixer cream together 1 Cup unsalted softened butter 8oz softened cream cheese Add 1 1/4 Cup granulated sugar and continuing mixing

Add 1 large warmed egg 2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp almond extract Mix until everything is smooth and creamy In a separate bowl combine 3 Cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp salt

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix well Pour in 1/2 Cup confetti sprinkles and mix into the dough Set the bowl in the fridge and chill for 10 minutes

Scoop small portions of the dough and roll into equal balls

Roll each ball in more confetti sprinkles until fully coated Arrange evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until just slightly done
