Make sure you have
(4) 12 inch flour tortillas
(4) 6 inch tostadas
(4) 6 inch flour tortillas
Set a skillet on medium heat
Brown and mix together
1 lb. Ground beef
2 Tablespoons taco seasoning, or 1 packet of your favorite taco seasoning
Prep the topping ingredients by dicing
1 large Roma tomato
4 Cups lettuce shredded
1 Cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
To assemble the crunch wraps
Lay (1) 12 inch flour tortilla out
Spoon 1/2 Cup of the cooked beef mixture onto the middle of the tortilla
Spread it no more than a six inch circle leaving the outer perimeter of the tortilla empty and clean
Pour 1/4 Cup nacho cheese sauce over the ground beef
Place the tostada over the top of the beef/cheese sauce 6 inch circle
Spread 1/4 Cup sour cream over the tostada to cover it completely
Layer 1 Cup of the shredded lettuce
2 Tablespoons diced tomatoes over sour cream, keeping it all on the tostada
Sprinkle 1/2 Cup shredded cheese on top of the lettuce/tomato layer
Place the 6 inch tortilla on top of the layered tostada
Pull up the large tortilla over the top of the small tortilla firmly and hold it in place
Set the folded crunch wrap fold side down on the skillet with a spatula
Cooked until the folds are golden brown and sealed, it takes a minute or two
Turn the crunch wrap over and cook until the other side is also lightly browned
