Begin by cooking
6-8 strips of thick cut chopped bacon
While bacon cooks, boil
(1) 10 oz package of dried pasta noodles according to package instructions
You can use any type of pasta you like
In a small mixing bowl combine
1 Cup mayo
1 packet dry ranch seasoning
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
Drain pasta and rinse with cold water
Remove bacon from heat and transfer to a paper towel to absorb the extra drippings
In a large salad bowl add
The cold pasta
2 Cups of frozen, thawed peas
The chopped bacon
1/2 Cup fresh shredded cheddar cheese
and
2 chopped green onions
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly
Place pasta salad in the refrigerator and allow to chill 2 hours before serving
This will marinate and develop the flavors
