This chowder can be made in a slow cooker, or in your Instant Pot pressure cooker

Dice up 1/2 pound of bacon and saute. Set aside
Dice up 1 onion, 3/4 Cup pepper of your choice, and 1 Tbs minced garlic
Add to pan to saute
Once the onion and peppers are soft, put them into your slow cooker and add
4 Cup finely diced potato
2 Cups fresh or frozen corn
Add the cooked bacon
Finally, add in
2 large bay leaves
1 Tbs Italian seasonings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 Cups chicken or vegetable broth
Cook on low for 6 hours
After the soup has cooked, and your are ready to serve, add in
A dash of smoked paprika
and 1 Cup heavy cream
Allow it to warm and enjoy!
