To begin, prep the following veggies
2 large carrots, diced
4 medium russet potatoes, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Set the chopped veggies into your crockpot
Next, add in
1 pound Venison meat cut into cubes
(1) 15 oz. can garbanzo beans-undrained
(1) 15 oz, can red kidney beans-undrained
(1) 15 oz. can tomato sauce
(1) 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
4 Cups water
Finally, measure in
2 Tablespoons beef flavoring
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tablespoon dried sage
1 Tablespoon Montreal steak seasonings
2 bay leaves
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
At serving add fresh pepper and a dash of vinegar if desired
