Oil a 8x8 glass baking dish
Wash, core, and slice 5 baking apples
Arrange the sliced apples in the baking dish and sprinkle with
1/4 Tablespoon cinnamon
1/3 Cup granulated sugar
In a bowl combine
1/3 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 Cup granulated sugar
1/4 Tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 Cup All-purpose flour
3/4 Cup regular oats
Stir in
1/2 Cup melted coconut oil
Pour the mixture evenly over the apples, then pour
1/3 Cup water
Over the top
Bake for 35 minutes
