In a medium sauce pan combine
1 large orange-freshly squeezed to make 1/2 Cup of juice
1 small piece of ginger-minced
1 large clove of garlic-minced
1 Tablespoon tamari
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Bring everything to a boil for a few minutes, whisking to combine
In a separate bowl mix together
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 Cup water
Make a slurry and add it to the orange sauce
Continue whisking until the consistency thickens to a syrup
Remove from heat and allow to cool
