To start, dice up 1 large yellow onion
Shred 1/2 Cup of carrot
Thinly slice 2 green onions for garnish and set aside
In a deep skillet set to medium heat, break apart and brown
1 pound ground turkey breast
To the skillet add in
Diced onion
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tsp. minced garlic
Once that has cooked, pour in
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
Stir in the grated carrots
and
(1) 16oz bag of coleslaw mix
Cover and let cook five minutes until cabbage is cooked
Remove from heat
Top with green onions and sesame seeds
Serve garnished
