Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl whisk together
1 1/2 Cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
Set aside
In a separate larger bowl mix together
1 Cup pumpkin puree
(fresh or canned)
1/2 Cup coconut oil
2 eggs beaten
1/4 Cup water, adjust as needed for canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
Thoroughly combine the dry and wet ingredients
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
Insert a fork or toothpick in the center to check doneness
