Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thickness with a floured rolling pin Gently move to a baking sheet covered in parchment paper, or a silpat mat

At this point, the flatbread is ready to bake and be used for any desired purpose If baking without toppings, set it in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown If baking as a pizza, brush with olive oil and assemble your pizza, then bake
