To start, wash and remove the leaves of kale from the stem, and massage the leaves to soften them
Chop up 5 Cups of kale leaves and set aside
Prep the following ingredients
2 small diced apples
1/4 cup cranberries, dried
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup feta cheese
Chop the ingredients as much as you prefer, assemble into a large salad bowl with the kale leaves
THE HONEY DRESSING
Whisk together
4 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
