Begin by heating a skillet to medium high and pour 2 Tbs cooking oil in the pan
Prepare 1 lb chicken tenders by sprinkling with 2 tsp salt + pepper
2 tsp Cajun seasoning until fully coated
Carefully lay the chicken tenders in the hot oil and allow to cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown
Remove from heat and set aside
Wash and cut 1 bundle of fresh asparagus into 2" pieces
Steam them for 5 minutes, or until slightly tender
Put the chicken back into the skillet along with the steamed asparagus spears
Pour in (1) 15oz jar of Alfredo sauce, grate fresh parmesan cheese over the top and sprinkle with fresh parsley
