In a medium sized bowl combine1 1/2 Cups crushed Graham Cracker1/4 Cup Granulated sugar1/3 Cup melted butterMix well and spread evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dishSet in the fridge while you prepare the filling
In a separate bowl put12 oz softened cream cheese and mix until creamyAdd 3/4 Cup granulated sugar and mix until fully combined
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust and return to the fridge
In another bowl mix together2 Cups milk3 oz vanilla or banana pudding
Fold in 1 Cup cool whip and gently mix until light and fluffySlice 4 bananas into 1/4" rounds and set asideSpread (1) 20 oz can of crushed drained pineapple over the cream cheese layer
Layer the banana slices on top of the pineappleSpread the whipped pudding mixture over the banana slicesSmooth another 1 Cup of cool whip over the pudding layer
Sprinkle 1 Cup chopped pecans on top (if desired)Drizzle with Hershey's chocolate syrupAt this point chill until ready to garnish and serve
When ready to serve and enjoy, garnish with whipped cream dollops and maraschino cherriesAlways keep this dessert chilled
