To start, preheat your heart shaped waffle iron Spray with a light coating of cooking spray

In a mixing bowl combine 3 large eggs 1 3/4 Cup milk 1 Tablespoon baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 Cup cooking oil  1 Cup flour Be careful not to over mix *we recommend letting the batter sit for 15 minutes, which will give you fluffier waffles*

The consistency of the batter should be easily pourable and smooth Carefully pour or ladle some of the batter onto the waffle iron, leaving a bit of room on the edges to prevent overflow

Once your waffle iron indicates that they are ready, carefully remove them and set on a cooling rack Repeat until all of the batter has been cooked
