To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
In a mixing bowl combine
3/4 tsp. all purpose flour
2.5 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 Tablespoon butter, softened
Set aside
In another mixing bowl combine
1 Cup pumpkin puree
(fresh or canned)
1/2 Cup water
2 large eggs
1/3 Cup oil
In a separate bowl whisk together
1 2/3 Cup all purpose flour
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Combine the wet and dry ingredients into one bowl and mix well
Finally chop 1 Cup pie apples
Fold the apples into the pumpkin batter
Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 4 loaf pan
Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter
