Start by preheating your griddle
In a bowl whisk together
3 large eggs
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree, fresh or canned
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
Using the bread of your choice, we recommend a thick bread like Texas Toast or Brioche
Fully coat the entire slice
Gently transfer the saturated bread slices to the hot griddle
Allow to cook on each side, carefully flipping once the first side has fully toasted
