To start, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F In a mixing bowl stir together 1/2 Cup pumpkin puree 1 Tablespoon maple syrup 1/4 Cup brown sugar 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Set aside

On your clean counter lay out (2) sheets of pre-made puff pastry dough Roll each separately to a rectangle of 12"x16" Spread the pumpkin mixture over one of the sheets Lay the second sheet evenly over the top

With a pastry cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough from top to bottom into  One dozen 12" by 3/4" strips Place the pumpkin pie strips one at a time onto a parchment lined baking sheet and twist sheet strip until it twists all up the strip  Repeat for all the dough strips

Brush the twists with melted butter In a small bowl whisk together 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Sprinkle over the twists and bake 15-18 minutes or until the twists are golden brown

Make the cream cheese dip while the twists are baking 4 oz. softened cream cheese 2 Tbsp. softened butter 1 Cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. salt Cream the butter and cream cheese, mix in the rest of the ingredients
