In a mixing bowl combine
1 Cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
In a separate bowl beat together
1 Cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Preheat your griddle to medium heat
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing only until everything is combined
Be careful not to over mix the batter
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake
Flip gently but quickly, cooking until golden brown on each side
