Chill a martini glass 30 minutes ahead of time You can rim the glass if desired, but it is optional

To rim the chilled martini glass zest 1 lemon and mix with granulated sugar on a small plate On a separate plate pour a thin layer of simple syrup

Gently dip the martini glass upside down in the syrup, turning to coat the rim Then dip the coated rim into the lemon and sugar Set aside

Pour ice into a cocktail shaker and add 3oz RumChata Liqueur and 1oz Limoncello Liqueur

Place the cap on the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds Strain into the prepared martini glass
