Begin by seasoning 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts with
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. creole seasonings (optional)
In a medium skillet heat 2 Tbs olive oil
Gently lay each seasoned chicken breast into the pan
Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes
Using tongs or a spatula, carefully turn each chicken breast over and continue to cook
*thickness of the chicken breast can affect cooking time*
Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F
When the chicken is done, remove from pan and wrap in foil
Allow to rest for 10 minutes to lock in juices and finish cooking
