Begin by preheating your oven to 325 Degrees F
In a mixing bowl combine
2 1/2 Cups whole wheat white flour
1 Cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
In a separate bowl whisk together
3/4 Cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 Cup sugar free nectiva (stevia syrup blend)
1/2 Cup sugar free maple syrup
2 eggs
Combine everything fully and then add
1 Cup sourdough discard
Add to the bowl of dry ingredients
Once everything is fully combined fold in
1 Cup chopped nuts
2 Cups white chocolate chips
Drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
