To your blender add
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Cup frozen blueberries
1 Cup triple fruit blend of frozen berries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp flax seeds
Blend until smooth and creamy
To change the thickness and creaminess you can use more or less milk and yogurt
Top with fresh fruits, homemade granola, and more chia seeds
