  • 1 Cup Milk, use more or less depending on how liquid you like your smoothie
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup 3 Fruit Blend of frozen berries, I used blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and perfectly blended.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, add in some more milk or yogurt.
  3. If the smoothie is too thin for your liking add in extra frozen berries.
  4. The frozen berries are what adds thickness and density to the smoothie. If you use fresh berries it will change the consistency of the smoothie a lot.
