To start, set your Instant Pot to saute function, and add in
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 lb. ground sausage
1 large white onion-diced
Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper, and brown the sausage about halfway
To the sausage add
3 tsp. garlic-minced
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 Cup sun dried tomatoes-diced
Pour in
6 Cups chicken stock
add more salt and peppers
Lock the lid and set the pot to manual function on high pressure for five minutes
Quick release the instant pot, remove the lid, and add
5 oz. baby spinach leaves
3/4 Cup heavy cream
1 1/2 Cups shredded parmesan cheese
