Easy and delicious Asian inspired crockpot chicken is bursting with flavors that embody the boldness of teriyaki sauce and sweet honey themes.
This week has been a doozy of a week! I had a 45 minute presentation for school and a final paper due. My baby also started teething and she came up with a cold! I have been busy and without any extra time for anything! Easy has been on my mind this week as far as meals go.
Last week I made a crockpot chicken wild rice soup, I would have blogged it but it kind of failed. This week I was determined to make a better crockpot chicken meal. This meal promised to be easy and almost fool proof so I had to try it! We love it so I’m sharing this yummy recipe with you!
I was not disappointed! my husband and I both loved this meal. It’s super easy to throw together, seriously you just mix together sauces in a bowl, pour it over some uncooked chicken breasts in a crockpot and crank that sucker on high for a couple hours!
Just whip up some easy white rice in the last 20 minutes of your chicken cooking and you have yourself an awesome dinner! I paired it with an Asian chopped salad that featured a peanut sauce dressing, oh my heavenly goodness. Those flavors mixing together was seriously heaven in my mouth!
My husband requested I make this again and he is taking the leftovers to school tomorrow. He hates leftovers. Whenever he loves something enough to eat it the next day I know I have a winner of a chicken dinner.
